Refund policy

At Glow with Naz, customer satisfaction is important to us. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality and craftsmanship. Please review our exchange guidelines below

1. 3-Day Claim Window for Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is (broken) or has a manufacturing defect:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Mandatory Requirement: We strongly recommend recording a brief unboxing video when opening your parcel for the first time. This video serves as proof to expedite your claim.
  • Claims made after the 3-day window will not be entertained.

2. No "Change of Mind" or Color Exchange

Please select your jewelry carefully before placing an order.

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges or returns if you change your mind after receiving the product.
  • Color/Design: Once delivered, items cannot be exchanged for a different color, size, or design.

3. Eligibility for Exchange

For an exchange to be processed (in cases of verified damage/wrong item):

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original Glow with Naz packaging
  • Hygiene Note: For safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged if the packaging has been opened.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Items showing signs of wear, perfume contact, or water damage.
  • Items purchased during Clearance, Flash Sales, or "Final Sale" events.
  • Free gifts or promotional inclusions.

5. Return Process

  1. Request Authorization: Contact us via WhatsApp or Email at glowwithnaz.help@gmail.com with your Order Number and the Unboxing Video/Photos.
  2. Shipping: Once approved, we will provide the return address. Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  3. Inspection: Our team will inspect the item upon arrival to verify the defect before proceeding with a replacement or refund.

6. Refund Policy

We offer monetary refunds only if a replacement for a damaged item is unavailable.

  • Methods: Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
  • Timeline: Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

7. Order Cancellation & Accuracy

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
  • Address: Please provide a complete address (House #, Street #, Nearest Place). Incomplete addresses may lead to order cancellation.
