  • High Volume: During sales or festive seasons (like Eid or Black Friday), processing may be delayed by an additional 1–2 days.
  • Notifications: If your order faces a significant delay, we will contact you immediately via email or WhatsApp.

We are proud to offer Free Shipping Nationwide on all orders—bringing your favorite jewelry pieces to your doorstep with no hidden charges.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via SMS or Email.

  • Tracking Details: This notification will include your unique Tracking Number.
  • Activation: Tracking status typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
  • Real-Time Updates: You can follow your parcel’s journey directly through the PostEx or M&P online tracking systems.

5. Damages or Lost Parcels

Glow with Naz ensures every piece is packed securely in protective boxes. However, we are not responsible for damage caused during transit by courier companies or packages marked as "Delivered" but not received.

If your jewelry arrives damaged:

  1. File a Claim: Contact the courier service (PostEx or M&P) directly to file a claim.
  2. Evidence: Save all original packaging materials and the damaged jewelry; these are required for proof.
  3. Unboxing Video: As per our store policy, an unboxing video is highly recommended to help us assist you in resolving issues with the courier.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery services in most cities across Pakistan.

  • Availability: Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the parcel.

  • Order Verification: For high-value jewelry orders, we may call or WhatsApp you to confirm the order before dispatch.
