By placing an order on www.glowwithnaz.com, you agree to the following terms designed to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience for our Stainless Steel and Artificial Jewellery collections.
1. Product Presentation
We make every effort to display our jewellery as accurately as possible. Please note:
- Variations: Slight variations in color, finishing, or detailing may occur due to studio lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.
- Quality Control: Every piece is carefully inspected for shine and structural integrity before dispatch.
2. 3-Day Exchange & Claims Policy
Your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a 3-day window for claims regarding damaged or incorrect items.
- Damaged/Broken Items: If you receive a product that is broken, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Unboxing Video: To expedite your claim, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video. This serves as proof for a quick replacement.
- Change of Mind: Please note that we do not offer exchanges or returns for "change of mind" or color preferences once the order is delivered.
3. Exchange Conditions
In cases where an exchange is authorized:
- Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original Glow with Naz packaging.
- Hygiene: For health reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged if the hygiene seal or packaging has been tampered with.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our official address in Sahiwal.
- Fees: A delivery fee of PKR 199/- applies for voluntary exchanges (such as size adjustments).
4. Sale & Clearance Items
Items purchased during promotional campaigns, flash sales, or stock clearance events are considered Final Sale. They are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are received in a damaged condition.
5. Order Modifications & Cancellations
- Timeframe: Orders may be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement.
- Processing: After this 2-hour window, orders enter the packaging and dispatch phase and can no longer be changed.
6. Payment & Delivery
- Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash.
- Logistics: We partner with PostEx and M&P for reliable delivery across Pakistan.
- Address Accuracy: Customers must provide a complete address (House #, Street #, Block, and Nearest place). Incomplete addresses may result in order cancellation.
7. Intellectual Property
All website content, including jewelry designs, product photography, logos, and descriptions, are the exclusive property of Glow with Naz. Unauthorized use or reproduction of these elements is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Glow with Naz is not liable for:
- Courier delays caused by PostEx or M&P.
- Minor design variations inherent in artificial jewelry.
- Damage caused by customer misuse (e.g., exposure to perfume, water, or chemicals).
- Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.
